Miami Valley Kendo Club
At Miami Valley Kendo Club, we are dedicated to the promotion of the graceful martial art of Japanese swordfighting.
Miami Valley Kendo Club has been part of the Ohio kendo community for over 30 years, founded by Koki Ariga-sensei.
As a convenient stop halfway between Columbus and Cincinnati, we enjoy strong collaboration with clubs from neighboring cities and have members spanning southern ohio.
MVKC is a member of the East Central United States Kendo Federation, a regional federation of the All United States Kendo Federation.
Practice Schedule
We practice every Saturday from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Taiyo Washin Ryu karate dojo, 2028 Harshman Rd, Dayton, OH 45424
